  • How does it work?

    To get started, enter your email address in the box above and click the “Send Referral” button. Our website will then prompt you to type in your friends email address.

    You can share your referral link with your friend via various channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, or by copying the direct link. Simply click on the "Copy link" icon or the icon of the platform you prefer to share your referral link.

    When your friend makes their first purchase with us using your referral link, they will be given a unique discount code that will automatically apply a £5 discount off their first order over £50 (excluding delivery) at checkout.

    Once your friend has made their first purchase, you will receive a unique discount code via email that will automatically add a £5 discount to your next order over £50 (excluding delivery).

  • I've bought from you before; can I still get a refer-a-friend discount?

    If you have previously made a purchase with us and received a referral link from one of your friends, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the Refer-a-Friend discount. This discount is only available for new customers.

    The good news is, that you still have the opportunity to refer your friends who have not yet purchased from us. Once they make a purchase, you will receive a discount code to use on your next order.

  • My discount code doesn’t work – what do I do now?

    The discount code should be applied automatically at the checkout. However, if you are facing any issues, make sure to check the Refer-a-Friend section of your account to ensure that you are using the correct discount code and not one that has already been used before.

    In case you are still having trouble applying your discount, you can always contact our Customer Service Team, and they will be more than happy to assist you.

  • Is there an expiration on my code?

    Your discount codes are valid for one full year after they are first issued. You can access your available discount codes by checking the Refer-a-Friend section of your account.

  • How many times can I refer someone?

    You can refer as many friends as you like! Once your friend has made their first purchase with us, your new discount code will be issued and will be available in the Refer-a-Friend section of your account.

  • Can I stack my discounts?

    No, you can only use 1 discount code per order.
