To ensure we can keep giving you great value without the cost, please note that large orders may be split into multiple parcels that may not arrive at the same time. This is done to avoid passing any extra delivery costs onto you so that you can spend it on the more important things in life.

    Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after 9pm will be dispatched the next day.

    Click & Collect - Next Day - £5.99
    Order before 9pm for same-day dispatch
    Delivery will be made to your chosen parcel shop or locker collection point the next working day
    Available for UK Mainland only
    Orders delivered to a parcel shop must be collected within 10 days.
    Orders delivered to a locker must be collected within 3 days.
    Items not collected from a parcel shop or locker within the collection timeframe will be returned to us and refunded by our returns team.

  • Pallet Delivery

    Please note - in order to deliver to you as safely as possible, some very large or heavy items may require a pallet delivery. Pallet deliveries are charged based on weight and location.

    In some areas, we offer both Standard and Saver delivery options.
    Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.

  • International Delivery

    We only deliver to mainland UK and non-mainland areas included above.
    We do not offer an international shipping service at this current time.

  • Leave Safe Deliveries

    We know that sometimes waiting in all day for a delivery can be inconvenient. When placing your order we’ll ask for some Delivery Instructions where you can tell us where to leave your parcel if you’re not around. This could be anywhere such as in a shed, porch or with a neighbour.
    Leave Safe Deliveries aren't always guaranteed so the courier may take it back to the depot where you can easily rearrange delivery with the courier directly on a day that suits you better.

Please Note: Due to the increasing numbers of parcels during the festive period and the ongoing high levels of Covid-19 (coronavirus), our couriers are currently experiencing small delays when delivering parcels. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to reassure you that our hard-working teams and services are operating, as usual, to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

For parcel tracking information, please check your emails(including Spam/Junk folders) as you should have received a tracking link with updates directly from one of our courier partners - Evri or Yodel. This will provide you with the most recent, up-to-date information regarding your parcel delivery.

Easter Delivery Times - Please be aware that due to the Easter Bank Holiday, we will not be delivering from 14th April - 19th April.

In order to ensure you receive your order before Easter, please place next day delivery orders before Thursday 14th April, and standard delivery orders before Wednesday 13th April.

Any orders placed after Wednesday 13th April will be despatched from Tuesday 19th April Onwards.
