Ultimate Control over Water Flow
Control the flow of water with a simple quarter turn on/off valve - Especially useful for manually isolating areas of an irrigation system. The internal ball mechanism allows the flow rate to be reduced and customised to plant's consumption requirements in an irrigation zone.
Watertight Connection
The ergonomically shaped tapered edge allows pipe to easily slide onto the joiner and the protruding barb anchors it securely into place. Heat the end of the pipe in hot water for 10-30 seconds for easy installation.
Build an Irrigation System
Ideal for use in micro-irrigation/emitter systems that function at optimal pressures between 0.5 bar to 3 bar, such as, micro drip, micro-sprinkler and micro-spray systems. Use a pressure reducer at the start of your irrigation system to regulate pressure to the correct level.
Solutions that Work
Create a network of 4mm pipe for a flexible way to branch off emitters from lateral pipe or navigate a network of microbore soaker hose/dripline. Please Note: 4mm pipe should only be run in 10 metre lengths due to extra friction in smaller pipes which may hinder water flow and efficiency after this length.
UV Resistant
Made from high-quality UV stabilised materials for long life and protection against deterioration when exposed to sunlight. The robust raw materials this connector is made from means it can easily withstand bar pressures required for low/high volume irrigation systems.

Irrigation Fittings Frequently Asked Questions
- Micro pipe is compatible with connectors the same size as the pipe’s internal diameter. Use alongside Micro Pipe and Micro Drip Line when off taking Micro Emitters from the main supply tubing, installing multiple emitters in a row and as part of a tree circle installation.
How do I connect micro pipe/4mm drip line to a garden hose pipe?
When using a garden hose as the main supply, connect a 4mm Tap Connector to an Accessory Adaptor. The hose can be attached to the quick-click male outlet of the accessory adaptor using a Hose End Connector whilst the 4mm barbed outlet joins to the micro pipe. Micro pipe and 4mm drip line can also be connected directly to the tap or from a Timer outlet using a 4mm tap connector. How do I branch off micro pipe and micro drip line from irrigation pipe?
Begin by piercing a 4mm hole into the side wall of the LDPE Irrigation Pipe using a Hole Punch. One outlet of a 4mm Barbed Joiner can be pushed into the hole created and the other protruding from outside the pipe offers the ideal connection for a length of 4mm Drip Line or 4mm Micro Pipe.
Please Note: Branching off 4mm drip line from 14mm or 18mm drip line should be avoided as piercing holes in the sidewall can impact the pre-determined output of emitters. Instead, branch off micro drip line using LDPE as the header pipe.
How do I cap off the end of a length of micro pipe or 4mm drip line?
Install a Goof Plug or 4mm Valve inside the internal bore for a water-tight connection that maintains water pressure within your irrigation system. A 4mm valve is an ideal end plug solution for micro pipe as it allows the system to be flushed throughout the watering season, alternatively, it can be used to control or isolate water flow.
