The 2mm wall thickness (20.15mm I.D) and smooth walls accommodate for a larger internal pipe bore compared with lower-density pipe. This enhances flow capacity and minimises the ability for algae or fungi to cling to the pipe - ideal for achieving the maximum flow rate required for sprinkler systems.

HDPE pipe is measured by its outer diameter and is compatible with Compression Fittings that fit the external diameter. Top Tip: Chamfer the edge of the pipe before installing into a fitting to ensure a clean leading edge that will not cause damage to the internal mechanisms of a fitting.
