A strong and versatile spray body promising years of reliable performance. Engineered with built-in pressure regulation and a check valve promising consistent output and protection against low head drainage.
The HydroSure Pro S Spray Body is a low-cost alternative that arrives complete with built-in pressure compensation and check-valve for water regulation regardless of location or elevation and offers protection against low-head drainage.
PRS Uniform Distribution
With built-in pressure compensation, the PRS model has the ability to regulate water pressure at a constant 2.8 bar.
Pressure regulation sets the nozzle to the optimal pressure promising uniform and consistent coverage from each nozzle as it equalises water pressure across the entire zone.
Proven to reduce water wastage by up to 30% and promote healthy growth of plants through more accurate delivery of water.
Built-In Check Valve
The included check valve eliminates water pooling at sprinkler sites located at the bottom of a slope. Once the system is switched off, it instead keeps the water within the system. This water-saving component protects and keeps water within the system after each watering cycle protecting the landscape from damage and erosion whilst reducing water wastage.
Innovative Ribbed Body and Durable Cap
Exclusively designed Hunter cap that does not leak even when loosened a full 360-degree turn! In all irrigation systems, weather, foot traffic, cycle pressures and landscaping equipment can cause the spray cap to loosen. This innovative cap-to-body grip promises to remain watertight even during high-pressure surges.
Multi-Functional Co-Moulded Wiper Seal
The innovative pressure-activated seal prevents cap-to-body leaks reducing flow-by and operates at low pressures allowing more sprinkler heads to be installed in the same zone. Made from chlorine and chemical-resistant materials, the wiper seal prevents debris from entering the body when the riser retracts reducing the risk of riser stick-ups.
Durable, Built-To-Last Construction
Features a heavy-duty internal spring built for consistent riser retraction ensuring long-lasting performance for all applications.
Leading Brand Compatibility
For ultimate watering flexibility, Hunter Pro Sprays are compatible with Sprinkler Spray Nozzles (sold separately) from leading brands. Choose a nozzle with an arc and radius suited to your watering requirements.
Flush Cap
Arrives complete with a removable flush cap with a pull ring. At the point of installation and during system maintenance, switch the system on with the flush caps installed to flush out any debris that would otherwise clog the sprinkler's nozzles. Retain the flush caps for flushing at the start, during and at the end of the watering season.

Pop Up Sprinkler Bodies Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Water Pooling Around the Sprinkler Site?
Underground systems require frequent flushing to prevent dirt from clogging the nozzle or damaging the seal. Flush the system and clean the rotors if necessary to remove any sitting sediment.
Any damage to the riser caused by a mower or footfall will cause mechanical malfunction and disfigured spray patterns. Check each nozzle and turret top of your sprinklers to ensure they are intact.
The area around a sprinkler site may become boggy/waterlogged indicating a loose connection between the swing joint/fitting or a break in the pipe network. To repair a leak, use a Compression Joiner or Joiner depending on the pipe used or install PTFE Tape around any male threaded connection to ensure a watertight seal.
Water leaking from sprinkler sites even when the system is switched off indicates a problem called low head drainage. A pop-up sprinkler with a Check Valve will prevent water pooling from sprinklers installed at the lowest elevation.
My Sprinklers are not Working the Same as when Purchased!
Over time a sprinkler may experience a build-up of sediment and debris that blocks the nozzle outputs or damages the riser retraction mechanisms inside the sprinkler. Flush the system and clean out the rotor sprinkler as explained in our Sprinkler Maintenance Guide.
Prevent debris build-up by installing an Irrigation Filter at the start of the system. • Alternatively, leaking connections or a pipe supplying the sprinkler may have split. The water lost from connections that are not watertight will cause pressure loss and reduce performance.
Why are my Underground Pipe Connections Leaking?
An area that is boggy or waterlogged indicates a leaking connection or a pipe that may have split. Most connection points can be tightened by hand or by adding two wraps of PTFE Tape around male threads or replacing connectors that over time, have snapped.
When fixing your pipe network, depending on the pipe you are using to supply your system will indicate the type of connector you need to repair the damage.
My Sprinkler Does Not Cover the Range/Radius Outlined in the Specifications
A variation in flow rate or pressure drop from the water source will also reduce the performance of sprinklers – Check the flow rate from your tap remains high enough during the time of day your system is set to run using our Calculating Flow Rate from the Water Source Guide.
On windy days, the spray pattern from your sprinklers may alter even when using nozzles with built-in wind resistance. Alternatively, running a system at a bar pressure that is too high, will create misting – Consider installing a Pressure Reducer regulated as specified in the sprinkler specifications to minimise spray pattern wind drift.
